Translate to English Holzwürzige, eher ruhige Nase nach eingemachtem Kernobst mit kräuterigem und vegetabilem Hintergrund. Süße, ebenfalls holzwürzige Frucht von kandiertem Zitrus und Apfel in Sirup, dazu etwas kräuterig, auch pflanzliche Anklänge, geschliffene, sehr präsente Säure, süß-saurer Gesamteindruck, nicht ewig tief, braucht aber noch etwas Zeit, ordentlicher Abgang.
