2020 Südsteiermark DAC Eichberg Sauvignon Blanc trocken "Selection", Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Tart, clearly dried grassy to herbal nose with restrained yellow and white fruity aromas. Ripe, bright, melting fruit, slightly warm, clearly herbal and a little floral aromas, very fine acidity, some grip, certain persistence, notes of fennel and laurel, also red to black berry hints, very good, quite juicy finish, again with herbal spice and in addition quite clear minerality.
