2016 Süd-Steiermark Eichberg Sauvignon Blanc trocken "Edition Rosa", Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Tart nose, light yeasty notes, hint of tobacco, dried herbs and green vegetal notes, green and yellow fruit, earthy and mineral notes. Ripe, fairly juicy, creamy fruit on the palate, prominent spicy vegetal notes, hint of bacon and tobacco, some elderflower, lively, elegant acidity, good substance and persistence, some grip, quite full-bodied, fairly prominent mineral notes, peppery traces, very good ripe, juicy, tart, vegetal finish.
