2015 Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Riserva, Tuscany, Italy

Nutty, somewhat dried-vegetable and slightly tarry aroma of ripe, partly dried black and red fruits with tobacco notes and wood barrel tones. Ripe, tart fruit with slightly bitterish, partly woody spiciness, a little cocoa, coffee grounds and tobacco on the palate, earthy notes, some salt, has power and warmth, spicy tones, with air also more fruit sweetness, very good, warm, dried-fruity, spicy, also still slightly drying finish with ethereal traces
