Firm and quite dense, clearly vegetal to herbal and still a hint of yeasty fragrance with yellow and green fruity aromas, moderate wood spice, a hint of elderberry, some capers, fennel and floral nuances. Ripe, rather calm, yet again firm, relatively bright fruit, very fine acidity, clearly ethereal-herbal aromas, again also capers, lasting, good depth, lots of salt in the background, medium power, delicately waxy and smoky nuances, very good finish with plenty of salt.

Best to drink: Mitte 2023 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
