Firm, tart, still closed, but nevertheless already indicating depth, minty and slightly bacony-woody, also somewhat animal scent of black berries and raspberries with dried herbs, smoke, some dark chocolate, leather, a touch of plums and clear minerality. Very firm, juicy and concentrated, still hardly developed dark fruit with slightly ashy and clearly nutty wood aromas, some roasting, pepper, dried herbs and dried floral nuances, in the background cocoa, mint, some tobacco and clear, salty minerality, smoky nuances, good depth, lots of bite and grip, very good to long, firm, quite complex finish. Must necessarily mature.
