Smoky, nutty and somewhat woody aroma with waxy notes, warm, relatively restrained white and yellow fruity tones and a little light tobacco. Firmly knit, bright, quite juicy fruit with surprising acid bite, light wood notes and a little butter on the palate, again a trace of wax, good substance and persistence, smoky hints, some herbs and tobacco, quite clearly salt, very good, firm, tart finish with some pull and moderate tannic grip.

Best to drink: Bis 2027+. What our ratings mean
