Quite firm, somewhat nutty, tobacco and woody and a little meaty-animalic aroma of black and red berries with some black olives, bacon, smoke and red pepper. Tart, tightly knitted fruit, smoky and toasty wood notes, some herbs and hints of paprika, some acidity, quite present, fine sandy tannin, good persistence, lots of power and noticeable alcohol, juniper nuances in the background, coffee grounds in the background, salty tones, very good, firm, only slightly drying finish with ethereal-spicy nuances.

Best to drink: Mitte 2023 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
