Quite firm and deep, a little tobacco aroma of ripe black berries with nutty wood aromas, a hint of pepper, dried peppers, dried tomatoes, black olives and mushrooms. Tart, quite dense black fruit with present smoky and sooty wood, youthful tannins and some bite, powerful and persistent on the palate, slightly drying, but gaining juice and depth with air, dark ethereal spice in the background, warming alcohol, herbs in the background, some juniper, also salt, very good, firm, smoky, still a little drying and alcoholic finish, again with increasing juice.
