Editor note: Clear, cool nose, prominent yeasty notes, light vegetal and floral notes, light yellow fruit aromas, touch of mussel shells, hint of mushrooms. Firm, juicy, bone dry fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty aromas, vegetal andfloral notes, chalky notes andsome mussel shells, light nutty notes, persistent, good depth, fine mousse, has substance and some bite, fairlycomplex, verygood, firm, tart finish.
