Slightly cloudy lemon yellow. Cool herbal and somewhat yeasty citrus-apple nose with a touch of nutmeg, mint and bergamot. Tart, bright citrus-apple fruit, quite lively acidity and some grip of crumbly tannin, a little peanut, butter and nutmeg again, some persistence, very slight warmth, hints of smoke, good, again a little buttery finish.
