Firm, tart nose, dried vegetal notes, delicate nutty traces, earthy and mineral notes, restrained yellow fruit. Firm on the palate, restrained fruit, nutty and yeasty aromas, light vegetal and prominent mineral notes, very elegant acidity, firm grip, good persistence and substance, uncompromising tart style, elegant bite and grip, some depth, clear contours, very good tart finish.
