2021 Spätburgunder, Baden, Germany

Aroma of partly preserved cherries and mixed berries with planty to herbal nuances as well as a little pepper and juniper. Quite juicy, rather cool, sweetish fruit with a certain acid bite and fine sandy tannins, smoky, nutty and herbal-vegetable nuances, a hint of cocoa, certain persistence, has on the one hand a, little preserved-fruity notes, but at the same time also freshness, good to very good, sweetish-juicy and somewhat smoky finish. Extremely respectably made semi-dry Pinot Noir.
