Very slightly cloudy straw to golden yellow. Tart, distinctly yeasty and a little minty nose with mushroom notes, floral traces, hints of yellow spice, nuts and a little bamboo. Ripe yellow fruit with slightly smoky, clearly yeasty, nutty and yellow-spicy flavours, fine acidity and lots of mellow tannin, ethereal notes on the palate, good persistence, almost a little sweet melting, a little bacon, very good finish.
