Cool, polished nose, delicate vegetal and herbaceous notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit, mineral and light floral traces. Ripe, tart, juicy, polished fruit on the palate, elegant, lively acidity, delicate yeasty and light nutty notes, fairly persistent, delicate floral traces, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, salty traces, hint of lemon zests on a good finish.
