Firm, slightly smoky, dried vegetable, nutty and peppery scent of white and yellow fruits with floral notes, hinted yellow spice and minerality. Clear, quite polished, ripe, juicy fruit, nutty, delicately smoky and planty to herbal aromas, again a little yellow spice, some warmth and delicate sweetness on the palate, good substance and persistence, a little candy, mineral notes, very good, sweetish-safty and spicy finish
