Firmly worked, very sweet, dried and candied again, clear fruit with yellow spice and nutty hints, fine acidity and some grip, certain depth, lasting, notes reminiscent of sea buckthorn, some caramel and honey, in the background a hint of smoke, salty mineral notes, still young, very good, firm, concentrated, sweet, juicy and spicy finish
