2017 Neusiedlersee DAC Ried Römerstein Zweigelt Reserve trocken, Burgenland, Austria

Mixed berries and cherries on the nose, very delicate toasted notes, light herbs and spices. Ripe, partly preserved, slightly warm fruit on the palate, toasted, spicy oak, fine, sandy, ripe tannins, good persistence, hint of coffee in the background, touch of chocolate, elegant grip, very good finish with spicy oak and partly preserved fruit.
