2021 Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC secco "Phermento", Emilia Romagna, Italy

Somewhat floral nose of more red than black berries with herbal nuances. Slender, quite dry fruit, moderate, relatively fine perlage, very slightly muted on the palate, herbal and yeasty nuances, hints of floral tones, a touch of mushrooms, some persistence, good to very good, cool, tart finish with bite.
