Firmly structured, juicy, not completely dry fruit with bitter yeasty, mineral, and herbal-plant aromas, lively acidity and a lot of grip, slightly smoky on the palate, pronounced salty minerality, a bit of dark background, citrus zest, good depth, still undeveloped, very good, tight, sweet-bitter, juicy and spicy finish with tension.
