2021 Maximin Grünhaus Riesling VDP.Ortswein trocken "Grünhäuser", Mosel, Germany

Firm and quite deep, yeasty, slightly floral, somewhat nutty and still slightly smoky-reductive aroma with yellow fruity aromas, some black berries and vegetal nuances. Ripe, juicy and slightly sweet, rather tightly knit fruit with fine, lively acidity and plenty of grip of ripe tannin, tart herbaceous-vegetal, tobacco and smoky spice, black berries in the background, also citrus peel, hints of ginger, intense minerality, lasting, good depth, still young, hints of mawkish tones in the background, very good, again firm, complex finish with juice and spice.
