Ripe, juicy, sweet fruit, nutty, smoky and yeasty aromas, grip of crumbly tannin and fine acidity, persistent on the palate, dense and quite deep, vegetal and mushroomy tones, some rock candy, a hint of pepper, black berry nuances, very good, juicy, grippy and slightly smoky finish.
