Firm, quite deep and complex, yeasty, still slightly smoky-reductive aroma with yellow-fruity aromas, hints of yellow spice as well as floral and herbal nuances. Firmly woven, tart, dense fruit with ripe acidity and a lot of grip of crumbly tannin, nutty, yeasty and somewhat smoky tones on the palate, a little yellow spice, persistent, quite deep and complex, still young, distinct minerality, vegetal notes, very good, firm, tangy and intensely mineral finish with distinct parsley spice and some smoke.

Best to drink: Mitte 2023 bis 2030+. What our ratings mean
