Editor note: Very fine, cool and polished apple nose with herbaceous aromas, some citrus and stone fruit, yeasty tones, a hint of smoke and light nuts. Clear, fine juicy, youthful fruit, yeasty, nutty and slightly herbal tones, delicately floral on the palate, very fine, polished acidity, delicate grip, a little tangerine zest, quite clear minerality, smoky traces, very good, polished, fine juicy and again still a little yeasty finish with tension. Animating.
