2020 Maximin Grünhaus Pinot Noir, Mosel, Germany

Tart, warm, somewhat dried-vegetable, earthy and hinted at peppery scent of black and red berries with mushrooms, ethereal-vegetable notes and beetroot. Warm, partly preserved black and red fruit, bitter-chocolate aromas, some dark, partly also green ethereal spice, salt in the background, a hint of capers, toasty tones, a little tobacco, a lot of alcohol, slightly bittering in the good to very good finish.
