Winery Wines Files 11

2019 Maximin Grünhaus Riesling VDP.Ortswein trocken "Nr. 21", Alte Reben, Mosel, Germany

Still slightly reductive, firmer, deep, yeasty, clearly herbal and very mineral scent of ripe citrus and stone fruit with hinted yellow spice and traces of tobacco. Taut, tangy-juicy, quite concentrated fruit with present acidity and plenty of grubby tannins, nutty-yeast notes on the palate, herbal aromas, clear minerality again, some spice, but also a lot of freshness, lasting, good depth, still young, dry as a bone, tight, tangy-juicy and very mineral finish with a touch and plenty of pull
