Still somewhat reductive and yeasty, also clearly herbaceous scent of partly candied citrus fruits and a little stone fruit with clearly vegetable aromas and earthy minerality. Very slightly covered, with air clearly juicier fruit with light yellow-fruity, clearly vegetable and also again yeasty aromas, somewhat floral on the palate, lively acidity, present minerality, a touch of candy on the palate, fresh mushroom traces, good persistence, some tannin, certain depth, very good, juicy and plant-spicy, also again mineral finish
