Very firm nose, prominent herbs and spices, intense mineral notes, light yeasty nots, dried vegetal aromas, hint of black berries and some capers. Ripe, juicy, fairly sweet, partly candied fruit on the palate, herbaceous notes, touch of yellow spice, persistent and quite concentrated, peppery traces, elegant acidity, some depth and grip, sweetish sugar candy softens the contours a little on a fairly firm, juicy, very minerally finish with herbs and spices.
