Translate to English Kühler, geschliffener, fein-vegetabiler und zart nussiger Duft mit recht noblen Zitrus- und Kernobstaromen, einer Spur Rauch und Holz, angedeutet Avocado und mineralischen Anklängen. Reife, einen Hauch süßliche, reife Frucht mit etwas rauchigen und röstigen Holzaromen und wieder ein wenig an Avocado erinnernden vegetabilen Tönen, gute Nachhaltigkeit, feine Säure und mürb-sandiger Gerbstoff, im Hintergrund Mineralik, frische Butter, sehr guter, ganz leicht warmer Abgang.
