Translate to English Fester, deutlich hefiger und kräuteriger, auch intensiv mineralischer Steinobst-Zitrusduft mit floralen Nuancen und Anklängen an schwarze Beeren. Feinsaftige Frucht im Mund, pflanzliche und hefige Würze, kühle, etwas erdige Mineralik, lebendige Säure und leichte Kohlensäure, reifer Gerbstoff, nachhaltig und ziemlich Griffig am Gaumen, gewisse Tiefe, zeigt eindeutig Herkunft, sehr guter, leicht zitrusbetonter Abgang mit hefigen bis tabakigen und wieder auch deutlich mineralischen und kräuterigen Tönen.
