Quite firm, somewhat warm, yellow-spicy scent of ripe yellow fruits with smoky, bacony and slightly tobacco aromas, a little mushroom and yellow spice. Warm, ripe, partly candied sweet fruit, yellow spice again, vegetal, mushroomy and yellow-spicy aromas, moderate acidity, some grip, good persistence, lots of alcohol, mineral hints in the background, a little light tobacco, peppery nuances, some mustard pickle, some depth, very good, warm finish with sweet juice, yellow spice, lavender, candied tones and again plenty of alcohol warmth. Goes rather wide on the second day, then tightens up again a bit, but remains a bit filling due to the high alcohol and the sweetness.
