Firm, clear, fairly deep nose, very light nutty touch, citrus and pomaceous fruit, vegetal and herbaceous notes, peppery traces, prominent mineral notes. Ripe, firm, juicy fruit on the palate, light nutty, spicy oak,, smoky touch, yellow spice and peppery notes, elegant, lively acidity, ripe tannins provide grip, persistent, has substance, still young, prominent mineral notes, good depth, hint of bacon, delicately sweetish and creamy, some spicy oak on a very good firm, juicy finish.
