Prominent citrus notes on the palate, slightly off-dry but also tart, firm acidity, light yeasty and vegetal aromas, persistent and firm, almost cold style, some depth, still totally undeveloped, hint of lemon peel, touch of green bacon, good depth, very good firm, juicy, minerally finish. Needs time to mature.
