Ripe, firm, restrained fruit on the palate, prominent dried vegetal and herbaceous notes, earthy and mineral notes, touch of undergrowth, some more mushrooms, light yellow spice, elegant, lively acidity, still has noticeable but fairly well integrated sandy tannins, full-bodied, very good persistence, slightly salty in the background, hint of green bacon, touch of avocado again, good depth, still slightly rough, compact structure, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, tart and juicy, vegetal notes, mineral notes and bacon on a very good finish. Give it time to mature.
