2015 Kremstal DAC Ried Hochäcker Riesling trocken ÖTW Erste Lage, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Cool herbaceous nose, delicate peppery and floral traces, citrus and elegant peach fruit, prominent mineral notes. Clear, ripe, juicy, slightly off-dry fruit on the palate, herbaceous, peppery and salty notes, also has some dark spicy mineral notes, lively, very polished acidity, light tannic grip, hint of tobacco in the background, floral traces, good persistence, medium body, herbaceous notes and a hint of passion fruit on a very good juicy finish.

Editor note: Cool nose, light yeasty notes, light vegetal and herbaceous notes, fairly prominent mineral notes, restrained yellow fruit. Ripe, polished, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, fairly tranquil style, very elegant acidity, yeasty and delicate floral aromas, good substance and persistence, prominent tart earthy and mineral notes, some depth and grip, still largely undevleoped, salty notes, very light tannic touch, floral traces in the background, firm grip on a very good tart, elegant, juicy, minerally finish.
