2010 Kremstal DAC Ried Pellingen Riesling trocken Privat, Erste Lage, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Initially slightly rustic nose with prominent vegetal notes, with aeration develops apple and peach fruit, some citrus, extreme mineral notes. Delicately sweet but also firm stone fruit on the palate, melon and a hint of candied apple, some bitter herbs in the background, fairly prominent, very elegant acidity, touch of residual sugar not yet integrated, still needs some time, has some substance, quite polished, still very young, but already deep and complex, very good long finish.
