Tart mineral notes and spicy vegetal notes on the nose, restrained pear fruit, elegant traces of vegetables. Clear, spicy, elegant and juicy on the palate, delicately creamy fruit, vegetal notes, elegant, lively acidity, prominent mineral notes, good grip and persistence, quite an elegant style, very harmonious and refreshing, good to very good finish.
