2008 Pinot Noir trocken, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Typical nose of red berries and some cassis, hint of dried herbs, prominent mineral notes, delicate hint of bacon, spicy oak. Prominent smoky bacon on the palate, followed by juicy red fruit, hint of black berries, elegant, mature tannins, light mineral notes in the background, full-bodied, very creamy, noticeable alcohol, good finish.
