Rather tart, planty to herbal, very slightly floral and delicately peppery aroma with bright yellow fruity aromas and nutty tones as well as noticeable alcohol. Ripe, melting, warm fruit, partly candied, nutty and vegetal tones, some herbs, yeasty traces, salty minerality, much melting and some bite, noticeable alcohol, very good, melting finish
