Translate to English Vielschichtiger, fester und recht tiefer, eher herber Duft mit erdigen, vegetabilen und pilzigen Noten, viel Hefe, verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen Anklängen, angedeutet Pfeffer und hellem Tabak. Fest gewirkt im Mund, hefig, kräuterig und pilzig, saftige, dabei wieder eher herbe Frucht mit präsentem, dabei sehr feinem Mousseux und leichtem Gerbstoff-Griff, nachhaltig und komplex am Gaumen, einen Hauch speckig und hell-floral, ausgezeichnete Substanz und Tiefe, mandelige Noten im Hintergrund, viel Salz, noch jung, recht komplex, sehr guter, straffer, zupackender Abgang.
