2023 Landwein trocken Rosé, Pfalz, Germany

Relatively cool, somewhat fine-vegetable, nutty and slightly smoky nose with notes of core and stone fruits as well as nuances reminiscent of mixed berries, tomato paste, and wild herbs. Clear, herb-juicy fruit with slight blackberry and mint hints, lively acidity, has some grip, certain sustainability, salty and chalky tones, in the background a hint of nutmeg and suggested hibiscus, also a trace of rose, good, salty finish.
