2021 Pays d'Oc IGP "le Versant", Languedoc, France

Relatively cool, somewhat grassy, herbal and slightly almondy aroma of predominantly green berries with a hint of redcurrant leaves and nuances reminiscent of peppers and grapefruit. Clear, juicy fruit with fresh planty aromas, lively acidity, delicate grip, some persistence, hints of dark berries, light mineral tones, good to very good finish.
