A somewhat smoky, dried-plant to herbal and slightly tobacco-like scent of blackberries with earthy and slightly peppery notes. Straightforward, somewhat canned fruit, crumbly-sandy tannins and a bit of bite, light sweetness on the palate, herbal nuances, a bit of tomato paste and plum tones, hinted smoke and roasting, somewhat smooth character, good finish.
