2021 Bad Kösen Saalhäuser Riesling trocken, Saale-Unstrut, Germany

Cool, clearly planty citrus nose with pome and stone fruit notes. Lean fruit with present acidity and some grip, again herbal tones, a hint of floral in the background, yeasty traces, quite dry style, some minerality, good to very good, tart finish with lots of bite.
