Fresh, delicately vegetal pome fruit nose with still slightly yeasty traces, delicate spiciness and floral nuances. Clear, fine, tart fruit, vegetal and delicately peppery spice, also salty mineral tones, a hint of dark berries in the background, certain persistence, good to very good, hinted nutty finish with fine juice. Very successful.
