Clear, bright, somewhat herbal and delicately yeasty nose with citrus and pome fruit aromas. Fine, dry fruit with planty to herbal, yeasty and slightly peppery notes, fine acidity, some grip, chalky and salty tones, very slightly floral, has bite, good to very good, quite tight finish. Animating.
