2020 Bad Kösen Saalhäuser Blauer Zweigelt trocken "Breitengrad51", Saale-Unstrut, Germany

Quite firm aroma of predominantly dark berries and a little cherry with nutty aromas and slightly tobacco spice. Ripe, juicy fruit with smoky, toasty wood spice, slightly tobacco aromas on the palate, some pepper and juniper, quite present, ripe, fine tannin, some bite, good substance and persistence, hints of herbs in the background, very good, again firm finish.
