2019 Pfortens Köppelberg Blauer Portugieser trocken, Saale-Unstrut, Germany

Slightly dried-floral scent of black and red berries with slightly juniper notes. Ripe, rather dark fruit, friable tannin, nutty and somewhat dried-vegetable to herbal tones, a little pepper and juniper, some persistence, bacony nuances, a little salt, good to very good finish.
