Tart, rather firm, clearly dried vegetal aroma with restrained yellow fruity aromas, a little fennel, citrus zest and a hint of smoke. Warm, rather calm fruit, very fine acidity, delicate grip, again fennel notes on the palate, a touch of citrus zest, almondy-nutty tones, some alcohol warmth, herbal and spicy nuances, some minerality, good persistence, good to very good, warm finish.
