Fairly mature nose, yeasty and vegetal notes, light nutty oak, candied yellow fruit aromas, hint of mustard gherkins, floral and mineral traces. Fairly light-bodied, tart fruit on the palate, slightly creamy, nutty oak, vegetal aromas, earthy and mineral notes in the background, integrated acidity, slightly muted by slightly astringent tannins, fairly persistent, buttery traces on a good finish.
